Work Philosophy
We take full responsibility for communicating clearly with our dogs, because we are the ones speaking the foreign language. We work every day to learn their language, their behavior and their moods. It is our place to be good leaders of the pack and to make the dogs feel secure and safe.

We offer a service to people who have to be away from their dogs. When we provide that special place, we give lots of time and peace of mind to the dogs’ people. The philosophy behind the business of Dog City is an old belief that we are all a part of this planet and therefore need to help each other.

We take very good care of our canine customers because they need and depend on us, as do their people. The dogs’ people are trying to take good care of their dogs by bringing them to us, and so we respond with lots of caring, information, ideas, suggestions and a pleasant way of being.
